Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. dried marjoram
- 1 lb sea scallops
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1/2 cup dry white wine
- 1 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- Parsley springs - if desired

Step 1
Combine flour, salt and marjoram in a resealable plastic bag. Rinse scallops and pat dry with paper towels; add to bag and shake to coat. Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add scallops to skillet; cook 3 minutes on each side or until opaque. Remove from skillet; keep warm. Add wine and vinegar to skillet; cook 3 minutes or until slightly thickened, stir with a whisk Stir in scallops; remove from heat; garnish with parsley springs if desired.
