Ingredients
- 2/3 cups orange marmalade
- 3 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1 tea. rum extract
- 2 lbs. baby carrots

Step 1
Cook carrots, set aside.
Combine marmalade, brown sugar and butter in a saucepan; cook until reduced to 1/2 cup. Stir in pecans and rum extract. Pour over carrots.
