Ingredients
- 1 pint vanilla ice cream
- 1/4 cup almonds
- 1/4 c sugar
- 1 T EVOO
- 4 t amaretto

Toss nuts with sugar and oil over med. heat until sugar melts. Let cool until hard (about 30 mins.) chop rough
Pour amaretto over scoop of ice cream and drizzle with almonds.
