  • 9-inch by 9-inch squares of cellophane
  • Twist ties
  • 5 1/2-inch candy apple sticks
  • Styrofoam ball
  • Opaque container
  • Skewer
  • Artificial leaves

Preparation

Step 1

1. Place 1/3 cup of candy on a 9-inch by 9-inch square of cellophane.

2. Bring corners of cellophane together, twist and secure with a twist tie, forming a small bundle.

3. Place blunt end of a 5 1/2-inch candy apple stick against gathered, twisted end of bundle and wrap again with another 9-inch by 9-inch square of cellophane, securing bundle to stick with another twist tie.

4. To make arrangement, first place a Styrofoam ball into opaque container of choice.

5. Use a skewer to make holes in the ball and insert pointed ends of candy apple sticks into holes, starting along the edge of the container and working inward.

6. Finish the arrangement by filling in spaces with artificial leaves as desired.
