Ingredients
- SAUCE:
- 3 lbs chicken wings
- 1 beaten eggs
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup butter
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 tbsp water
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1 tsp oyster sauce
- 1/2 tsp salt
Preparation
Step 1
Cut wings in half. Dip in slightly beaten egg and in flour. Fry in butter until brown and crisp. Put in shallow roasting pan and pour sauce over wings.
Bake at 350 degrees for half an hour. Spoon sauce olver wings while cooking.
