Ingredients
- 2 pkg. (10 oz. each) frozen chopped spinach
- 2 cans (4 1/2 oz. each) button mushrooms, drained
- 2 tsp. instant minced onion
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 2/3 c. dairy sour cream
- 2 tbsp. milk
- 2 tbsp. butter, softened
Preparation
Step 1
Thaw spinach; drain well. In ungreased 1-quart casserole; mix spinach and remaining ingredients. Cover; bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour. Serves 6.
