Ingredients
- 1 large can crushed pineapple
- 1/2 C. sugar
- 3 oz. lemon jello
- 1 C. cold water
- 1 pint heavy whipping cream
- 1 C. grated cheese

Preparation
Step 1
In a sauce pan combine oineapple and sugar. boil for 3 minutes and then mix in jello until dissolved. Add in the cold water and put in fridge until almost set. Whip the cream until soft peaks (do not sweeten). Fold cream and cheese into jello.
