Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 teaspoons cornstarch
  • dash salt
  • 3 1/2 cups milk, or 2 cups 1/2 & 1/2 and 1 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Beat eggs until lemon color and thick. Add sugar and beat. In measuring cup, add corn starch and 1/2 cup milk. Add to sugar and mix well. Add remainder of milk and vanilla.
Bake in prepared pie shell, 325 degrees for 60 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
