Ingredients
- 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup light Karo syrup
- 3 eggs (or 3/4 cup Egg Beaters)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 3/4 cups pecans
- 1 unbaked 9 inch pastry shell

Step 1
Melt butter over low heat. Remove from heat. Mix in sugar and Karo syrup. Blend in eggs and vanilla extract. Add pecans. Pour into pie shell.
Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes or until well done.
