Ingredients
- 1 can cream of chicken soup (I have also used cream of mushroom soup)
- 3/4 t. ground black pepper
- 1 t. seasoned salt
- 1/2 t. garlic powder
- 3/4 t. dried onion flakes
- 1/8 t. thyme
- 1 T fresh parsley
- 4-6 pork chops or loins

Preparation
Step 1
Mix the seasonings together with the soup and pour over the pork chops in the crock pot. Cook on low for about six hours. Serve pork chops over mashed red skin potatoes and pour gravy from crock pot over top. I mash the potatoes with a little butter, milk and Parmesan cheese to taste.
