Ingredients
- Marinade:
- Brown sugar
- Soy sauce
- Lime juice
- Canola oil
- Garlic
- Cumin
- Steak
- Peppers (red, yellow, green, orange, mix of whatever)
- Poblano
- Jalapeno
- onions
- Smaller tortillas
- Serving stuff (sour cream, cheese, black beans -if you those, add just a little of the marinade in with them - and whatever else)

Step 1
Mix equal portions of brown sugar, soy sauce, lime juice, and mix in a little canola oil, minced or sliced and mashed garlic and maybe a little cumin
Mix well and put in large ziplock with meat.
Sous vide for 2-4 hours at 135/136 - up to 138.
When steak is done SAVE MARINADE, and have Bruce grill to crispy. Grill tortillas
Slice peppers and onions and chilies, and sauce with little oil. Add the remaining marinade and warm through.
