Ingredients

2 lb. frozen hashbrowns
16 oz. sour cream
8 oz. cheddar cheese (grated)
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 onion (chopped)
1 c. potato chips (crushed)

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients, excpet 1/2 c. chips and place in 9x13-inch baking dish. Top with remaining chips. Bake 1 hour and 10 minutes.
