Ingredients
- 1 - 16 ounce can tomatoes or 3 large tomatoes, peeled and quartered
- 1/2 cucumber sliced and peeled
- 1/4 small onion, sliced
- 1/2 green pepper, sliced
- 1 Tablespoon olive oil or salad oil
- 3 Tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 2 Tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 cup liquid
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 to 1 teaspoon sugar
