Ingredients
- 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
- 4 oz. shredded sharp cheddar cheese (1 cup)
- 4 oz. shredded monterey jack cheese (1 cup)
- 6 bacon strips, cooked & crumbled (3/4 cups)
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. chili powder
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 lb. fresh Jalapeno peppers (11 peppers, halved lenthwise & seeded)
- 1/2 c. dry bread crumbs

Step 1
Combine cream cheese, cheddar & jack cheese, bacon, salt, chili powder and garlic powder. Spoon 2 tablespoons into each pepper half and roll in bread crumbs. May be placed on tinfoil-lined cookie sheet for easier cleanup. Bake uncovered 300 degrees for 30 minutes. Makes 7 servings, 3 pepper halves each.
