Browned Butter Island Cookies (talkchowplayhouse)

Ingredients

• In a saucepan over med. heat melt:
• 1 1 1 cup (2 sticks) salted butter
• In the bowl of an electric mixer mix well:
• 1 1/4 1 1/4 1/4 cups brown sugar
• 1/4 1/4 1/4 cup granulated sugar
• 1 1 1 cup cooled browned butter
• Add and mix well:
• 2 2 2 large eggs
• 2 2 2 teaspoons vanilla
• Add and mix just until incorporated:
• 2 3/4 2 3/4 3/4 cups flour
• 1 1/2 1 1/2 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
• 1/2 1/2 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
• Add and mix well:
• 3/4 3/4 11 of an 11 oz package of butterscotch morsels
• 1 1 1 cup firmly packed sweetened, shredded coconut
