- 3/4 cup flour
- 1/4 cup corn starch
- 1 cup club soda
- honey
- salt

Step 1
Take the goat cheese out of the package and roll into balls, then roll lightly in flour. Refrigerate them for 10 minutes.
While they are chillin, mix together 3/4 c flour, 1/4 c corn starch, then add 1c club soda, a bit of honey and salt. Whisk together.
After 10 minutes is up, you will need to dip them in batter an fry them. I had my cast iron skillet with 2 ish inches of canola oil on medium high heat. Drop a bit of batter to test for oil heat. Fry till golden brown, top with honey and freshly ground black pepper.
