Ingredients

  • 1 pkg (8 1/2 oz) yellow cake mix
  • 1 pkg (3 3/4 oz) vanilla instant pudding
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 C cold water
  • 1/2 C Bacardi dark rum
  • 1/2 C vegetable oil
  • Rum Glaze
  • Chocolate Glaze topping
  • 2 T walnuts

Step 1

1. Preheat oven to 325 deg. Grease and flour 10 in tube pan. Mix cake mix, pudding, eggs, water, rum and oil til smooth. Pour into prepared pan. Bake 1 hour.

2. Cool in pan 25 minutes. Invert onto serving plate, prick top and spoon or brush rum glaze evenly. Allow cake to absorb. When cake is cooled, drizzle with chocolate glaze topping and sprinkle with nuts.
