Won Ton Surprise

Ingredients

• 12 oz. package Wonton wrappers
• 1 lb. sausage, regular flavor
• 2 cups shredded jack/cheddar cheese
• 1/2 medium Green pepper, diced
• 1/2 medium Red pepper, diced
• 2 bunches of green onion, sliced thin
• 1/2- 3/4 cup Ranch dressing

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease with Spray Pam the bottom and sides of mini muffin tins. Press wonton wrappers into bottom of tin, so that they resemble cone-shaped containers. Bake for 3 min or until edges are lightly browned. Remove from oven. Leave in pan.

In large skillet, cook sausage until no longer pink, making sure sausage is crumbly. Drain. Add cheese, peppers, onions, ranch dressing and stir.

Spoon mixture into wrappers. Bake 5-7 minutes until heated throughly and cheese is melted. Serve hot.
