  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/3 c. shortening

Beat all ingredients at a low speed for 1 minute. Beat at medium speed for 1 minute. Put in a 8 x 8 pan at 350 F for 20 -25 min.
