Ingredients

  • 2 carrots, chopped fine
  • 2 stalks celery, chopped fine
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 onion, chopped fine
  • 2 pounds ground beef
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 can tomato sauce (8 oz)
  • 1 can tomato paste (6 oz)
  • 3 cans paste cans of water
  • 1 can mushrooms, drained
  • oregano
  • parsley

Preparation

Step 1

Brown carrots, celery, garlic and onions.

Add and brown ground beef seasoned with salt and pepper.

Drain fat and transfer to a big pot. Add remaining ingredients.

Simmer 3 hours and add water if necessary.
