Ingredients

  • 4 4-6 oz Tilapia fillets
  • 1/3 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup Low fat mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp. Minced scallions
  • 1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
  • 1 tsp. dried basil
  • 1 tsp. dried oregano
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 400. Place tilapia on nonstick foil.

In a small bowl, combine cheese, mayonnaise and scallions. Spread evenly over fish.

In another bowl, combine bread crumbs, basil, oregano, salt & black pepper. Sprinkle over fish. Coat fish lightly with cooking spray.

Bake 10 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.
