Ingredients
- Directions:
- 2 flour tortillas
- 1/4 C. dark brown sugar
- 1/2 tea. cinnamon
- 6 T. unsalted butter
- 1-2 bananas
- ●Melt 2 tablespoons of the butter and coat both sides of the tortillas, using a pastry brush.
- ●Bake tortillas in a 450 degree oven until lightly browned.
- ●Heat sugar cinnamon and 1 tablespoon water until sugar is melted.
- ●Add the rest of the butter and heat .
- ●Slice banana(s) diagonally over cooled tortillas.
- ●Coat bananas with the caramel mixture.
- ●Heat in oven for about 10 minutes.
