  • 1 pound Ground Beef
  • 3 cups Spaghetti Sauce; Ragu Tomato Garlic and Onion
  • 3 ounces Rotini
  • 2 cups Mozzarella
  • 2 cups Cottage cheese
  • Parmesan cheese



Step 1

Pre-heat oven to 350

Brown the ground beef, drain grease, and add spaghetti sauce

Meanwhile, cook rotini according to directions

Remove 1 cup of the meat sauce and set aside

Drain rotini and add to meat sauce remaining in the skillet

Transfer half of the noodle/sauce mixture in skillet to greased 1 1/2 quart pan

Cover with cottage cheese and 1 cup of mozzarella

Add remaining noodle/sauce mixture to top the cheese layer, then add the 1 cup of meat sauce that was set aside earlier

Cover this layer with 1 cup of mozzarella and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese

Cover and bake @ 350 degrees for about 20 minutes. Let sit for 5 minutes, then serve
