Cheddar-Ham Oven Omelet
- 16 Eggs
- 2 Cups Milk
- 2 Cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 3/4 Cup fully cooked Ham - cubed
- 6 Green Onions - chopped
In a large bowl, beat eggs and milk.
Stir in the cheese, ham and onions.
Pour the egg mixture into a greased 13 x 9 baking pan.
Bake, uncovered, at 350` for 40-45 minutes. Let stand for 10 minutes before cutting
