Ingredients
- 2 4-6 oz. boneless/skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 tsp. GRANULATED GARLIC POWDER
- 1 tsp. salt free seasoning-PASTA SPRINKLE, SUNNY SPAIN, MURAL OF FLAVOR and TUSCAN SUNSET are all great
- 1 Cup panko bread crumbs
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/3 Cup canola oil

Step 1
Wash the chicken and pat dry. Place between two pieces of plastic wrap and pound to about 1/4-inch thickness with a meat mallet or the bottom of a heavy jar. In a wide shallow bowl, combine the GARLIC, SEASONING of CHOICE and the bread crumbs and mix well. Dip the chicken in the egg and then in the bread crumbs, coating both sides. Heat the canola oil over medium-high heat. Cook the chicken about 3-4 minutes per side until golden. Flip carefully to keep the delicious crumbs on!
