Ingredients

  • 1/4 c heavy cream
  • 1/2 t sugar
  • 1/4 t salt (Kosher)
  • 1 t instant polenta
  • 1 large pat butter
  • 1/8 c parmesan cheese
  • 1 generous kitchen spoon mascarpone cheese
  • small amount finely chopped rosemary
  • 1 shake white pepper
  • 1 small can corn kernels (not creamed)

Step 1

Bring cream to a slow boil. Add sugar, salt, and polenta - stirring constantly until thickened. Stir in butter and both cheeses. Add rosemary, white pepper, and corn.
