Ingredients

  • 8 slightly beaten eggs
  • 6 slices bread,cubed ( including crust)
  • 1 pond sausage, cooked and crumbled or cubed
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup grated sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Step 1

Mix together, place in greased 9x13 inch pan. Refrigerate 12 hours. Cook in 350 degree oven for 50 minutes. If still watery, cook longer. Should be able to cut into squares.
