- 1 6 oz. pkg. (1 cup) semisweet chocolate pieces
- 1-1/4 cups light cream, heated to boiling
- 1 egg
- Dash of Salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla

Step 1
Put chocolate pieces in blender. Pour hot cream over chocolate until liquefied. Add egg, salt, and vanilla; cover and run on high or whipped until smooth. Pour into serving cups and chill at least three hours.
