Ingredients
- 1 10 oz. pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed, drained
- and squeezed dry
- 1 14 oz. can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 2 cream cheese softened
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 c. grated parmesan cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 375.
Lightly grease a 7x11 baking dish.
In medium bowl mix together cream cheese and mayo until smooth. Mix in the artichoke hearts, spinach and parmesan. Add garlic and lemon juice. Spread evenly into prepared baking dish.
Bake covered for 20 min. Remove the cover and let the dish bake uncovered for 5 min more or until the surface is lightly browned.
