Tarts - Mini Taco Bites (in wonton wrappers)

Ingredients

• 1 pkg. wonton wrappers
• butter flavored cooking spray
• 18 oz. prepared taco meat
• finely shredded cheese
• finely shredded lettuce
• diced tomatoes or salsa

Preparation

Step 1

Lightly spray mini muffin pan. Gently press wonton wrappers into muffin cups (may need to be done in batches to accomodate all the wrappers).

Spray wrappers with additional cooking spray.

Bake at 375 degrees for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.

Fill each cup with taco meat. Top with cheese, lettuce and salsa.
