Ingredients
- 1 jar (6 oz) artichoke hearts
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 1 large clove of garlic, minced

Step 1
Drain the artichoke hearts; chop coarsely. In mixing bowl, combine all ingredients, scrape into a 1/2 quart baking dish.
Bake uncovered in preheated 350 degree oven for 20 minutes, or until bubbly and slightly browned.
Serve hot with crackers.
