Ingredients

  • 14 1/2 14 1/2 14 1/2 oz. can whole peeled tomatoes, drained
  • 2- 12 2- 12 2- 12 oz. cans tomato juice
  • 2 2 2 celery stalks, finely chopped
  • 1 1 1 samll onion, finely chopped
  • 1 1 1 parsely sprig, chopped
  • 1 1 1 medium cucumber, finely chopped
  • 1 1 1 green pepper, finely chopped
  • 2 2 2 oz. oil
  • 2 2 2 oz. wine vinegar
  • 1 1 1 Tbsp. worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 1/4 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • liquid pepper
  • salt and pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Chop drained tomatoes into small pieces. Add and combine all ingredients. Stir well. Chill at least 6 hours before use. Keep covered and always serve in a chilled bowl with a chilled spoon.
