TACO LAYER DIP

Ingredients

• 2 C. sour cream
• 4 oz. green chilies, drained
• 1 pkg. taco seasoning
• 1 1/2 C. lettuce, shredded
• 2 C. cheddar cheese
• 1 lg. ripe tomato, chopped and drained
• 1 medium avocado, diced
• 2 Tbsp. green onions, sliced
• 1/4 C. olives, sliced
• Tortilla chips

Preparation

Step 1

In a medium bowl stir together the sour cream, chilies and taco seasoning. On a large serving platter sprinkle lettuce. Spoon taco mixture over lettuce; mound slightly and smooth top. Sprinkle with cheese, tomato, avocado, green onions and olives. Serve with tortilla chips.
