Ingredients

  • 1 package Sapora Ichiban Japanese Noodle Soup or similar soup mix
  • 1 medium cabbage
  • 4-5 green onions
  • Slivered Almonds (approximately 1/2 cup or more)
  • DRESSING: Mix together the following
  • Noodle Soup seasoning
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 cup oil

Preparation

Step 1

Toast the almonds in oven at 350 for 2-5 minutes or until toasted brown. More brown the better.

Shred cabbage into large bowl and chopped onons. Crunch noodle from sosup package. Mix with toasted almonds. Mix dressing ingredients and add to cabbage just before serving.

Toss crunched noodles and toasted almonds with the salad.

For a tastier flavour, add a second or part of noodle soup mix.
