Ingredients

  • Spray all utensils and bowls with Pam or butter them.
  • 5 c. minature marshmallows
  • 1/3 c. light corn syrup
  • 6 tbsp. margarine
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 8 c. Golden Graham cereal
  • 1 c. miniature marshmallows
  • 1 1/2 c. milk chcolate chip
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

SPRAY ALL UTENSILS WITH PAM OR BUTTER THEM.
Butter 13 x 9 pan. Place 1/2 the ceral in the pan. Place 5 cups miniature marshmallows, the corn syrup, margarine and chipits in a large microwavable bowl. Microwave uncovered on High 2 - 3 1/2 minutes, stirring after each minute, until mixture is melted and smooth when stirred. Add vanilla. Pour over the ceral and add rest of cereal. Do this quickly. You can then add the extra marshmalls if you desire. Mix quickly and press mixture evenly in the pan with the back of a buttered spoon Let stand 1 hour and refrigerate. Cut into 2" squares.
