Ingredients
- l lg onion, chopped
- 1 cup celery, chopped
- 1/4 cups butter
- 1/4 cup flour
- 2 tsp worcestershire sauce
- 3/4 tsp dry mustard
- 14.5 oz can chicken broth
- minced garlic
- 3 cups peeled and cubed potatoes
- 1 cup chopped carrots
- 8 oz Kielbasa-sliced
- 3 1/4 cups milk
- 3 cups sharp cheddar cheese
- salt and pepper

Preparation
Step 1
In Dutch oven, cook onion, celery and garlic in butter until tender. Stir in flour, worcestershire sauce and mustard. Cook and stir for 2 minutes. Stir in broth. Add potatoes, carrots and kielbasa. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer until potatoes are tender. Stir in milk. Heat until almost a boil. Reduce heat and add cheese, salt and pepper. Cook until cheese is melted.
