Ingredients
- The Marinade
- Juice of 1/2 a lemon
- 1 tsp. Extra Virgin Olive oil
- 1 tsp. Sesame oil
- 1 tsp. Soy Sauce
- Dash of sea salt
- 2 Cloves diced garlic
- 2 Sun dried tomatoes, chopped

The "Meat"
2 Portobello Mushrooms
Wash and set aside two portobello mushrooms. Prepare the marinade in a bowl or even two if you want to speed up the marinating process. Place the mushrooms into the bowl and coat with the marinade. Allow to sit for a few hours if possible.
Remove from the marinade and serve with the sun dried tomatoes on top as a decoration. Add a side salad, or some sprouted grains and you’ve got yourself a meal!
Optional: You can dehydrate these for an hour if you want them to be warm and resemble a cooked version. If you don’t have a dehydrator you could use your oven on the lowest setting with the door open, and with a fan running in front of it. It’s not ideal, but if you’re really gung-ho about it then go for it.
