Ingredients
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1 egg
- 1 stick butter softened
- Large jar of Apricot preserves.

Preparation
Step 1
Mix together all but the jam. Press 1/2 of batter into bottom of 9x13 well greased baking dish.
Spread jam evenly over the top of batter. Put other 1/2 of batter on top and press down well.
Bake at 325 until brown (roughly 33 minutes on convection bake).
Cool and cut into squares.
