  • 1 can Salmon, drained (reserve liquid), deboned Flaked
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice
  • 2 Eggs - separated
  • 1/2 cup Seasoned bread crumbs
  • 1 2.75 oz Can Fried Onion Rings (French's) separated

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly oil a 9 inch square pan. In a medium bowl, combine reserved juice, sour cream, lemon juice, egg yolks, bread crumbs and 2/3 of onion rings.

In a separate bowl, whisk egg whites until stiff. Fold whites into batter. Spread batter in a prepared pan and top with remaining onion rings.

Bake uncovered for 25 minutes.
