Ingredients
- 1/4 cup each chopped shallots and butter
- 1 1/2 T. flour
- 2/3 cup whole milk
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 30 oz. frozen spinach, thawed
- 1/2 cup fresh bread crumbs

Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 375 degrees. In skillet, cook shallots in butter 2 minutes.
Add flour. Cook 2 minutes. Whisk in milk. Stir in cheese and spinach.
Spoon into greased casserole dish; top with crumbs. Bake 30 minutes.
