Ingredients
- 12 slices homestyle white bread, cut into 1" cubes
- 8 oz cream cheese cut into 1" cubes (or smaller for better distribution)
- 1 cup blueberries (or more)
- 12 eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 1/3 cup orange juice

Step 1
Arrange half of bread in greased 9 x 13 glass baking dish. Scatter cheese over bread; sprinkle with blueberries; add rest of the bread. Whisk eggs, milk and juice; pour slowly over bread. Chill overnight.
Bake at 350 degrees, covered, for 30 minutes, then uncovered for 45 minutes, until puffed and golden. Allow to rest for a few minutes before serving with hot syrup.
