Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 package cream cheese (3 oz)
  • 1/2 cup margarine, softened
  • 1/4 cup chili sauce
  • 1 can corned beef hash (15 oz)
  • 1/4 cup green pepper, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon instant minced onion
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese

Preparation

Step 1

1. Combine flour, cream cheese and margarine; mix until dough forms. Press into 12 greased muffin cups.

2. Combine remaining ingredients, except cheese and cook over low heat, stirring until heated through. Fill pastry lined muffin cups.

3. Bake at 425 degrees, 12 - 15 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese and return to oven for 2 minutes longer.
