  • 2 teaspoons hot sauce
  • 2 teaspoons fresh lime juice
  • Coarse salt
  • Ice cubes
  • 8 bottles Mexican lager

Preparation

Step 1

Combine hot sauce with lime juice in a shallow bowl.

Spread coarse salt on a saucer. Dip rim of pint glasses into hot-sauce mixture and then into the salt to lightly coat.

Fill each glass with ice cubes. After that it's just a matter of pouring in your favorite Mexican lager, a few squeezes of lime, and as many dashes of hot sauce as you can take.
