Needa's Roast

Ingredients

• 1 eye round roast 3-5 lbs.
• 1 whole onion chopped
• 3 whole gloves chopper
• 3 tbls. Reging Wine vinegar in glass of water
• salt and pepper to taste
• 1 can Franco American beef gravy.

Preparation

Step 1

Brown meat in olive oil. Add chopped onions and garlic, salt and peper, and vinegar and water mixture.

Simmer 3-4 hours

30 minutes before it's done, add gravy and slice meat.
