Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup olive oil
  • 2 tea. tomato puree (paste)
  • 1 Tbsp. dried red chili flakes

Step 1

Heat olive oil in a pan. When it is very hot, but not smoking, stir in the tomato paste and pepper flakes.

Leave to cool, then pour into an airtight jar and store in the refrigerator for up to 2 months.
