Ingredients

  • 1 lb. pork or beef meat cut into strips
  • 4 tbs. chili paste
  • sweet onion: small one is more recommended. Just one is enough.
  • 4 stalk scallions
  • 3 tbs.sugar
  • 4 tbs. olive oil

Preparation

Step 1

Combine and mix all ingredients. Marinate the mixed ingredient for about an hour or more.
How to cook? It’s simple, just heat the pan and put your marinated Bulgogi. Keep on stirring until just a little bit sauce remains in the pan. When it is done, put slices of green onion and red onion on top, and then serve. It is good you served it when it is still hot and put on the top of rice.
