Ingredients
- Chocolate Chip Cake
- 1 box butter cake mix
- 1 box instant chocolate pudding (I use sugar free)
- 1 cup sour cream
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup warm water
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 bag chocolate chips
- 1 tsp cocoa
- Mexican vanilla
- Sauce (also great on ice cream)
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 squares unsweetened chocolate
- 1 tbsp flour
- 1 egg - beaten
- 1/2 cup milk or cream
- 1 tsp vanilla
- Melt butter and chocolate over medium heat. Add sugar, flour egg. Whisk in milk and vanilla. Cook until thickened.

Chocolate Chip Cake
Mix together in mixer. Pour in 2 springform pans. You can use a Bundt pan if you want. Bake 45-55 min at 350.
Hot Fudge Sundae Cake (delicious and beautiful!)
Melt butter and chocolate over medium heat. Add sugar, flour egg. Whisk in milk and vanilla. Cook until thickened.
Cake
Cook butter cake as directed in 2 springform pans. Once cool, split each cake to make 4 layers. Layer cake, hot fudge sauce, cool whip. Repeat - hot fudge sauce should be final covering on cake. Chill cake and keep refrigerated.
