Ingredients
- 6 eggs; slightly beaten
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup milk
- 3 tbsp butter; melted
- 1 pinch salt
- Your choice of toppings: syrup, confectioners or brown sugar, fruit and/or yogurt.

Step 1
Preheat oven to 450F. Grease well a 13x9x2-inch baking dish.
2. Combine eggs and flour in bowl. Add milk, butter, and salt; mix well. Pour into prepared dish. Bake for 15-20 min or until puffed.
3. Cut into serving pieces. Serve with desired toppings.
