Ingredients
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 pound broccoli, cut into florets
- 2 teaspoons toasted sesame oil
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds, toasted
- salt and pepper

Preparation
Step 1
• Pour the water into the Microwave Pressure Cooker.
Place the broccoli into the steamer basket and place it in the Cooker. Place the lid on top and seal.
• Place the Cooker into the microwave and cook on HIGH for 4 minutes.
• Remove the Cooker from the microwave and allow the pressure to drop. When the pressure has dropped, remove the lid and remove the broccoli from the cooker. Season to taste, drizzle the sesame oil over the top and
sprinkle with the toasted sliced almonds.
