Ingredients

• 3 3 3 cups non-fat dry milk powder
• 1 3/4 1 3/4 3/4 cups powdered sugar
• 1 1/2 1 1/2 1/2 cups cocoa powder
• 1/4 1/4 1/4 cup brown sugar
• 3/4 3/4 3/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
• 3/4 3/4 3/4 cup white chocolate chips
• 1/4 1/4 1/4 tsp. salt
• 2 2 2 tsp. cornstarch
• 1/2 1/2 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
• 1/4 1/4 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients together in a blender. till smooth then dish out 1/3 cup mix in a mug and add hot water. Store remaining in a tight container.
